The founders of Community Caring Box Caroline Buzzanga and Connie Ward have combined business experience of 30 years serving their community. They have always had a passion for supporting small business. Collaboration, mentorship, professional practice, and creativity, have been a cornerstone of what drives their success.
Community Caring Box was founded in April 2020, as a result of a profound desire to help elevate the small business community during the Covid crisis. “We wanted to create opportunity during a tumultuous time. We spoke with and supported so many small businesses by purchasing locally and sharing strategies to pivot so we could all get through the shutdown. We found that there was such a strong desire to collaborate and trust in one another, and despite the restrictions, we really wanted to do more than just survive, we wanted to get our community back to thriving together!”
